We use Intercom as a customer engagement tool which appears as a chat box on our site. It also provides us with reporting capabilities. This includes information such as Name, Email and Company name. And includes account activity information such as logged time and location, names of client's companies (as provided by user to our system), number of uploads, subscription level, number of credits, names of users who have added you to the account.
