What is the minimum subscription period ?

There is a minimum subscription period of just three months when you first subscribe. After that, you can cancel at any stage if it isn't something you want to continue with.

What if I don't use all my page credits within a given month?

Don't fret. We're very reasonable folks at Autocaid - we're not out to take advantage. We employ a three month fair usage policy. This means that your page credits carry forward for an additional two months after the month they were accrued in so they don't go to waste if you have a quiet month etc.

How would I cancel my subscription?

It's easy. In the event you want to cancel your subscription, you just need to send a quick email to support@autocaid.com and tell us. Cancellation will take place from the calendar month following your notification to cancel.

What if I need to upgrade my subscription?

Easy, send a quick email to support@autocaid.com and tell us which subscription level you would rather be on. However, note that when you upgrade, you will be committing to a minimum of 3 months to the new subscription level before it can be downgraded again or cancelled.

How could I downgrade my subscription?

To downgrade your subscription, you just need to send a quick email to support@autocaid.com and tell us which subscription level you would rather be on. A downgrade will not result in any loss of already accrued page credits either.

When does the month start and finish as far as the subscription is concerned?

Subscription is on calendar month basis - you will be billed for entire current month regardless of sign-up date.

What if I have a busy month and need more page credits than my subscription provides for?

No problem. You can always process more pages than you have accrued credits for. In this case, these extra page credits will be billed at exactly the same page cost as you are already paying on your subscription. There is no surcharges or premium page rates for exceeding the page limit of the subscription.

If I upgrade or downgrade my subscription, when does this take affect?

Whether you upgrade or downgrade your subscription, it will take effect within the current calendar month.

Will I have access to my projects, files and data after I cancel my subscription?

While we are not going to continue hosting your files and data forever, we're not going to dump it before you get a chance to download it. You will have three months of access to your Autocaid account, including all project files and data, from the time your subscription cancellation takes effect. Of course, should you reconsider within those three months and resubscribe, you will always have access to it.

Subscription Pricing Calculation Example

Sign-up User signs-up October 10th at Level B, committing to use the service at Level B through December 31.
User receives a 500-page credit for October for which User will be invoiced $200, in early November.
Credit Carry-forward User uses 410 pages in October and has until the end of December to use up the remaining 90 credits.
FIFO User receives a 500-page credit in Nov. and uses 300 (90 from Oct., 210 from Nov.); 290 carry forward to Jan. 31
Upgrade Same User notifies us on November 22 to immediately upgrade the account to Subscription Level C .
User will be credited with 1,000 pages in November as if account was pegged at Level C from the 1st of the month.
User has committed anew to the service for three months, now through the end of January.
or
Downgrade Same User notifies us on January 14 of the next year to immediately downgrade the account to Level A .
User will be credited with 250 pages in January as if account was pegged at Level A from the 1st of the month.
Credit Preservation User will not lose any prior credits by virtue of this downgrade.
User has committed anew to the service for three months at Level A (or higher) now through the end of March.
or
Cancellation Same User notifies us to cancel service on January 10th next year; User is billed for January, but not for February.
Credit Forfeiture Any remaining unused credits may be used in January, but will be forfeited upon cancellation in February.
Additional Pages User signs up for service on October 14th for Subscription Level A. We process 400 pages for User in October.
We will invoice user the $110 for the monthly Subscription, plus the additional 150 pages at $.44/page
